Description of Service Step10App provides digital recovery tools, daily 10th Step inventory check-in wizards, sobriety and clean-time counters, reflection prompts, habit trackers, prayer libraries, and permission-based accountability sharing with sponsors, guardians, and recovery peers. ## 3. References to the Twelve Steps, inventories, and recovery concepts are used for educational, spiritual, and personal recovery guidance. ## 5. User Accounts & Responsibilities When you create an account on Step10App: - You must provide accurate registration details if creating a cloud-synced account. - You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and login credentials. - You agree to protect your device with appropriate security measures (such as biometrics or passcodes) to safeguard your sensitive recovery reflections. ## 6. Accountability & Guardian Sharing Step10App enables optional, permission-based sharing with Sponsors and Guardians: - You retain sole discretion over who you designate as a Guardian or Recovery Friend. - You are responsible for the level of visibility you grant (Private, Summary, or Detailed). - Step10App is not liable for disclosures made to individuals you voluntarily choose to designate as accountability partners. You may revoke guardian permissions at any time within your settings. ## 7. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations Step10App offers both free features and optional paid subscriptions (e.g. Member Plus, Member Pro, Guardian Solo, and Guardian Enterprise): - **In-App Purchases:** Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are billed according to the terms of your respective app store account. - **Renewal & Cancellation:** Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period via your device account settings. - **Refunds:** Refund requests for app store purchases are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their standard customer policies. ## 8. Affiliate Disclosure Step10App may include affiliate referral links to recommended recovery books and literature. Intellectual Property All software, visual design, logos, trademarks, and original content created by Step10App are the exclusive property of **Step10App / Willem Evenwel**.
